Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Special orders or personalized items.
  • Products bought during clearance or sales events.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at or call 516-489-9300. Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide instructions on where to send the returned product.
  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.For customers in Long Island and the five boroughs of NYC, we may offer a local drop-off option. Please inquire when requesting a return.
  1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.


  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item, follow the same process as returning an item for a refund.
